We offer in-house Heat Treatment services in our own facility. We have the proper space and equipment to handle even very large workpieces for heat treating.

AP-Tela Oy provides heat treatment services on-site in our own workshop. We have appropriate facilities and equipment for handling even very large components. Through stress-relief annealing, we can reduce the residual stresses introduced into a workpiece during welding. We anneal components according to the cycle requested by the customer. If needed, we can advise on determining the optimal post-weld heat treatment cycle for a given material and product. We can perform stress-relief annealing in-house at temperatures up to about 700 °C. If higher-temperature heat treatments are required (such as normalizing), we offer those through our partner network.
