Mechanical Workshop
AP-Tela Oy’s heavy custom machine workshop’s engineering services produce individual parts and equipment assemblies in close cooperation with the customer. The custom machine workshop’s products are of high quality, as a result of skilful welding and accurate machining.
Plate bending: AP-Tela’s reeling pressure with max power of 3000 tn and length of 12 000 mm enables bending of 75 mm thick S355 strength class steel.
Machining: 10 pcs heavy-duty turning machines, from which 5 pcs CNC controlled. Also heavy-duty reaming capacity available.
Welding: Modern submerged arc welding equipment and certified quality controla EN ISO 3834-2
Annealing: Own annealing furnace. Size: 2500 x 2500 x 11.150 mm.
Lifting capacity: 2 pcs overhead cranes, capacity 56 and 36 tn.
Dynamic and static balancing: Diameter Ø 3100 , L max = 14600mm, weight max 40 tn
